VA Joint Service Transcript Authorization Release
To assist SLCC during compliance audits, VA students must provide their Joint Service Transcript (JST) to the VA School Certifying Official's Office. Service members may complete the form below authorizing SLCC to obtain access to his/her military transcript, or service members may request a copy of his/her Joint Service Transcript via https://jst.doded.mil/official.html. Note: If you wish to request your transcript via the website, you must upload a copy to https://www.solacc.edu/financial-aid.

***SLCC is not permitted to order/view a service member's JST via https://jst.doded.mil/jst/ unless the service member completes and signs the VA Joint Service Transcript Authorization Release form as outlined below.***
